Completion of Character Development
Completion of Leadership Development (or equivalent)
Completion of Leadership Questionnaire
Completion of Community Elder Training
Along with wife, meets with two elders and their wives, either governing elders or
existing community elders
Consent to a Criminal Background Check
Sign F1 Confidentiality Statement
Completion of Small Group Manager and Small Group Finder and F1 Training
Availabilities:

Meet with SGF and coaches every month
Pastor people as needed
Conduct an evaluation with community elders, coaches and small group leaders twice per
year to affirm growth and to discuss changes, strengthens weaknesses

Responsibilities:
Ensures their community is in alignment with CTR vision, values, purpose and emphasis
Given to prayer, continually pray for leaders and community
Committed to the study of God’s Word and applies biblical principles
Being accountable to governing elders
Work with community lead elders to build community and accountability within their
district with any/all coaches and small group leaders
Spends time in personal development and stays on the cutting edge of resources related
to church leadership and issues their community is facing
Train, mentor, equip and oversee the development of other key leaders in the community,
and routes their names through the pastoral team
Implements church discipline within their community as needed (two or more elders)
Communicates regularly with coaches, SGF, Elders, and ministry leaders to cast vision
and to ensures sound doctrine is being taught in groups
Manages conflict resolution in the community
Feed pastor, tend to needs of leaders
Build relationships with members of their community with consideration, regard,
and esteem
Strengthens and encourage others in faith
Being aware of community needs through contact with police, schools, government, SGF,
and advocacy groups
