The mission of United Way 2-1-1 is to provide easy, simple access to health and human services, to give callers an opportunity to give or get help, and to serve as a hub for community information in times of disaster.

Salvation Army
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Churst and meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
Services Provided:
Emergency Assistance/Free Voicemail -- Limited financial assistance may be available for rent, utilities, medications, or other emergency needs. Free voicemail is available for those without a phone to assist in their search for employment and/or housing.
Christmas Assistance -- These are seasonal programs for families in need during the Christmas season. We provide gifts for children through our Toy Shop or the Adopt-A-Family Programs and food baskets to single adults. We also distribute freshly cleaned coats to families through our Coats for Kids program.

Leaven
Leaven is a community-based non-profit organization that provides emergency financial assistance, referrals to other service organizations, and limited advocacy and service to help residents of Calumet, Outagamie and northeastern Winnebago counties.
Services provided:
Emergency Assistance -- typically immediate, short-term, emergency based assistance is provided to help people with basic needs like housing, utility assistance, food, clothing, transportation, diapers and a few other necessary things.

American Red Cross
The American Red Cross - Outagamie Chapter is a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers, that provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
Services provided:
Disaster Assistance -- The American Red Cross provides disaster-related assistance. It does not provide general financial aid to individuals in need unrelated to disaster circumstances. When a disaster threatens or strikes, the Red Cross provides shelter, clothing, food, and health and mental health services to address basic human needs. In addition to these services, the core of Red Cross disaster relief is the assistance given to individuals and families affected by disaster to enable them to resume their normal daily activities independently.
