If you want to make permanent lifestyle changes, this Bible-based health and wellness program uses nine commitments to help you do that. These commitments include: attendance, Bible study, daily prayer time, Scripture reading, memorizing verses, encouraging others, exercise and a common sense nutrition plan with accountability record. Class assignments on nutirtion and wellness to be reviewed in a large group setting and a short daily Bible study to be shared in small group time. Orientation Night Sept. 4 is open to all - but you must make a commitment to the class by Sept. 11.
This class has started and we will not be allowing anyone to join now.
