Christ
The Rock adopted the West Bank town of Alfey-Menashe, Israel in 1996.
This town of about 7,000 people overlooks the Mediterranean coastline
from Tel Aviv to Haifa. CTR has contributed to the establishment and
growth of the town’s youth center, particularly to a program focusing
on youth at risk. We have also supplied English reading books for the
elementary school students.
Many relationships have been built as
a result of visits during CTR’s every-other-year Israel tours, at which
time we are hosted in homes. Alfey-Menashe presented a stained glass
window made by one of their citizens as a gift to the prayer room of
