Junior High Fall Classes
Club6 is going to be kicking off in the Fall. We have just finished the Club6 class for this Fall. Please check back next fall. Club6 is a class that we will be having for incoming sixth graders. It’s a place where sixth graders meet for six weeks this fall to help them transition from grade school to junior high- in church, school, and life in general. Club6 is built around 6 convictions: growing with God, participating in the church, making wise choices, choosing healthy friends, loving your family, and speaking up for Christ. Students receive an interactive journal to review with their parents weekly.
This Class is Closed. Please check back in the Spring for upcoming classes.
"Do Hard Things" is a class that will challenge 7th & 8th Graders to step up to the plate and take the challenge of leading & "doing hard things". As we go through this book and the interactive discussion questions together, we will explore how 7th & 8th Graders can begin to lead at a young age. They will be challenged to rebel against what society has painted them as, and society says that they are incapable of leading and "doing hard things". 7th & 8th graders will have opportunities to brainstorm how they can lead within their schools, their homes, and their own communities. This class will train them up to be the leaders of today within their own life, their circle of influence, and their community. The objective is that by the end of this 12 week class, 7th & 8th grade students will not only be challenged, but also equipped on how they can serve and lead within our society and then they will grow into the habit to DO HARD THINGS!
This class is closed. Please check back for upcoming classes in the Spring.
