What is a Community Elder?
Community Elders care for the overall well-being of the church in your community. They provide vision for what God is doing and wants to do in your area in alignment with the vision of Christ The Rock. They set the pace for community by modeling our vision, purpose and core values. Community Elders set the general direction for the community by guidance in the Word, prayer and outreach. Tom Dorn

Dave Linden
Dave has been a member of Christ The Rock Community Church for 14 years. He and his wife Mary have been married for 26 years and they have 3 children. Dave has been attending Christ The Rock Community Church for 11 years and a member for 8 years. He and his wife Jill will be celebrating 27 years of marriage this year. What is a Coach?
The primary responsibility is to provide care, support, and build relationships with their small group facilitator. Helping them to mature and realize their potential as followers of Christ. This is accomplished by working alongside the Community Elder in their area to build a common sense of vision for community and a commitment to the well being of each small group.
John Wagner
John has been attending Christ The Rock since it started and has been a member for 27 years. He and his wife Dolores have been married for 46 years. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
