From the Greek words ortho ('right', 'correct') and doxa ('thought', 'teaching', 'glorification').  We encourage the acceptance of those beliefs which reflect the faith of the whole Church since the time of the apostles including the centrality Jesus Christ, the authority of scripture, the necessity of prayer, and constant celebration
of God.  

As a community, we seek to live transparent lives honestly sharing about our victories and our struggles without comparing ourselves to our neighbor because we accept that we are fully known and fully loved by God.  We believe that each person is created as a necessary part of the body of Christ so we will strive to discover our “authentic selves,” unique design, and spiritual giftedness.  Ps 139:14  

 We want everyone to feel welcomed and included in a community that values fellowship between all generations.  We will pursue authentic, “multi-tiered” relationships that include friendship, accountability, and mentoring.     

We desire to be intellectually challenged by application oriented teaching and discipleship available to all levels of spiritual maturity.  As we prepare for adulthood, we no longer need to be spoon fed our faith.  We will begin to take personal responsibility for our spiritual growth and actively pursue ways to assume leadership under the guidance of seasoned Christians.  

As a community of young Christians, we will not just wait around to go to heaven.  Each of us has a role to play that reflects the image of God and assists in His work of redemption for all of creation.  We will strive to be culturally and socially aware, involved in our schools & church, serve our neighbors, and reach out to those in need.
