What is a Community Elder?

Community Elders care for the overall well-being of the church in your community.  They provide vision for what God is doing and wants to do in your area in alignment with the vision of Christ The Rock.  They set the pace for community by modeling our vision, purpose and core values.  Community Elders set the general direction for the community by guidance in the Word, prayer and outreach.   Meet your Community Elder…send him an email and let him know you are in his area!

Steve Kolasinski

Steve has been attending Christ The Rock Community Church for 22 years and a member for 18 Years.  He and his wife Sue will be celebrating their 30th year of marriage this year.  They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren...one more "on the way".  Steven and Sue love doing projects together.  They live in New London and Steve can be reached by email at sakully2001@yahoo.com 

What is a Coach? 

The primary responsibility is to provide care, support, and build relationships with their small group facilitator.  Helping them to mature and realize their potential as followers of Christ.  This is accomplished by working alongside the Community Elder in their area to build a common sense of vision for community and a commitment to the well being of each small group.  

Kathy Lamb

Kathy has been a member of CTR for 13 years.  She and her husband Joe have been married for 26 years and they have five children and 2 grandchildren.  She loves to read, travel, knit and spend time with family and friends.  Kathy can be reached by email at lambs7@juno.com
