What is a Coach?

The primary responsibility is to provide care, support, and build relationships with their small group facilitator.  Helping them to mature and realize their potential as followers of Christ.  This is accomplished by working alongside the Community Elder in their area to build a common sense of vision for community and a commitment to the well being of each small group.

Steve has been a member of Christ The Rock Community Church for 7 years.  He and Shelly have been married for 33 years and have 6 daughters and 6 grandchildren.  Steve loves fishing, hunting and pro football.  He lives in Oshkosh and can be reached by email at jstevebanda@gmail.com
