Anyone in need of food is invited to pre-register for pick-up by contacting and leaving a message at the Christ The Rock office at 920-730-8383, ext 416. Your message will be received and returned by our volunteer.

- Please note our volunteers will return your call from a blocked phone number, so please be available to take their call at the times you have specified in your message.
Food pick-ups are scheduled at Christ The Rock on Tuesdays from 8:30 - 9:30 AM or 5:30 - 6:30 PM.

Community Church Food Pantry Guidelines
- Anyone in need of food is asked to contact the Christ the Rock office at 920-730-8383 Ext. 416, our food pantry voicemail.
- Please leave your name and phone # to contact you and the best time to reach you.
- Please note our volunteers will return your call from a blocked phone number, so please be available to take their call at the times you have specified in your message.All food pantry requests must be received by 5:00pm Friday in order to be included in the coming Tuesdays pick up.
- Any calls received after this time will be added to the following Tuesday request list.
- A phone interview will be completed by one of our volunteers, when your phone call is returned. During that phone interview we will ask basic household information. We will also set up your pick up time.
- Food Pantry pick up times are each Tuesday 8:30am – 9:30am or 5:30pm – 6:30pm. We ask that you do not arrive before the start time and also arrive before our end time. Foods pick up takes place in our West entrance of the church campus.
- We are here to help you in your season of need, but after a period of continual use, we may require you to attend a Leaven financial interview. Christ the Rock partners with Leaven in assisting you to find the best solutions in your times of need.
- Only the person or persons making the request will be allowed to pick up on pantry day.
- Christ the Rock does not deliver, so please make arrangements for transportation.
- Christ the Rock food pantry exists on donations of food, money and volunteer time. Choices of food will vary depending upon donations that have been received; quantity will vary depending on the household size.
- Some of our donated food may be outdated. Before using any food check all liquids and semi-liquids along with washing fruits and vegetables. Remember – you are taking food freely at your risk and CTR cannot be held responsible.
- Christ the Rock Food Pantry is available as a supplement to your food budget. We cannot supply all the food needs of your household. If you feel your need to be a long-term situation, we have many wonderful resources we can help you come in contact with.
Attention Food Donors: Please drop non-perishable food items off on the racks when you enter Christ The Rock through the main entrance. Our current needs are: cereal, bread, canned vegetables, canned fruits, and canned meats.
