The Parable of the Vineyard and the Workers

The Parable of the Vineyard and the Workers

One of the worst criminals in modern history has something in common with the Apostle Peter: they were both saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. The next parable we’ll explore in our Moral of the Story series — The Vineyard and the Workers — helps us understand the depth of God’s mercy so we can make sense of why a criminal has the same opportunity to be an heir to the Kingdom of Heaven as the Apostle Peter. Join us as we explore the moral of the story: that salvation is based entirely on God’s grace and not on our works.

From Series: "Moral of the Story"

This series focuses on the parables of Jesus. Jesus often taught by telling stories that were simple and relatable, yet profound. His parables revealed deep truths about human nature, our waywardness, and the Father's unfailing love. We can't wait to examine why He taught this way, and dive into the parables themselves.
