We are exiles of the Kingdom of God. But what is that kingdom like? What do we mean when we say it? What blessings come along with being a citizen in that kingdom? As we close out our study of 1 Peter, we remember all of the benefits of being an exile, and what it means to go forward in that way of living.
As we look around at our culture, we can quickly agree that things are not as they should be. But how are Christ followers to respond in times like this? In the book of 1 Peter, we are encouraged to respond like exiles living among a foreign people, living as citizens of God’s kingdom.
