As we come to the final week of our Life of David series, we look at one of the most influential relationships in David’s life – that of David and Absalom. It is one of the most tragic accounts in the whole of Scripture. We will see how both David and Absalom failed in their relationship with one another, and the effect it had on the entire nation of Israel. But we will also see that even though we can make huge mistakes in life, and suffer deep betrayal, there is a way we can still seek after God no matter the circumstances.
Join us as we begin a new message series, "The Life of David," where we will explore how David's vertical relationship with God impacted his horizontal relationships with other people, and what we can learn from how David navigated those relationships. We will also see how the life of David helps us understand God’s great redemptive plan, and what that means for every single one of us here today.
