Blessed Are Those Who Mourn

As we look at the second of the beatitudes, Jesus drops what seems like a paradox. How can those who are sad be happy? In the upside down kingdom of God, things often don’t make sense from a human perspective. But we will see how the first and second beatitudes are so tightly connected that one leads us to the other.
