Growing Faith, Building Friendships

Christ The Rock’s Student Ministries provide opportunities for students in middle and high school to learn about Jesus, build relationships with God and others, and develop into the man or woman God designed them to be. We build community with fun events throughout the year like our IceBlast winter retreat, SummerBlast middle school day camp, and more. Students are also invited to develop a heart for serving others through service weekends at Silver Birch Ranch, and other opportunities.

Join our student groups at Christ the Rock Community Church to grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and live out God’s purpose for your life.

Attending for the first time?

Students should use the East Entrance (furthest to the right as you face our building) and our staff will check you in and help you find your way around.

Our night starts with a time of worship together before we separate for middle school and high school teachings. The end of the evening is spent in small groups digging into what we learned and building relationships!

Middle School Youth Group (grades 6-8)

Wednesday | 6:30-8:00 pm during the summer

Our middle school students are learning to love God the way He loves us by discipleship through meaningful teaching, and relationship with small group leaders and each other – with lots of fun built in, such as SummerBlast Day Camp in July. Our middle school students are also invited to show others the love of God through service.

High School Youth Group (grades 9-12)

Wednesday | 6:30-8:00 pm during the summer

High school students grow in their understanding of who God is, what it means to follow Jesus, and “owning” their faith into adulthood. Teens experience worship, Bible teaching, connection in small groups, opportunities to serve and lead others, and fun with other high schoolers who want Christ at the center of their lives.

Summer Palooza

Save the date for our annual Summer Palooza! Join us on July 1 from 5:30-7:30 pm for free summer fun including a waterslide, bounce houses, yard games & more. Bring a towel & lawn chairs, grab a bite to eat, & don't forget to stay for outdoor worship at the end of the night.

Six Flags Great America Trip

Ready for some fun? We are headed to Six Flags for the day and will be carpooling down to the park!

Departure Time: Rides will leave CTR at 8 am. Arrival Time: Rides will return to CTR by 1 am on July 16.

Cost: $65 per person, including the park ticket and the premium all day dining plan.

Registration closes on July 6, 2026.

Summer Blast

Join us for Summer Blast on July 27-30 from 9 am-3 pm and learn about "Unstoppable Love". Summer Blast is open to incoming 6th-8th graders, where we will dig into God’s word while having a lot of fun along the way! Lunches & a t-shirt are included in the $65 registration fee.
